Digital dental applications affect every aspect of dentistry and are responsible for a great deal of stress that dentists face in its incorporation. In order to understand and simplify this process, the objective has to be defined, which is to have a complete digital patient record that fully and seamlessly incorporates all image and data aspects of the current dental practice and has the capacity for future application integration.

About the Author

Dr. Levato maintains a private practice in Bloomingdale, Illinois. He has lectured extensively at many major dental conferences and dental schools and is published in numerous national and international dental journals. He is an active member in many professional organizations and has been selected as a Fellow in The American College of Dentists, The International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics, The Odontographic Society of Chicago and The International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
